Quality care businesses benefit from a regular feedback loop with care givers, service users and the families of those being cared for. But feedback cycles are often irregular with data from each party gathered in silos. This makes it complex and time consuming to analyse data efficiently and understand where improvements can be made.

Launching June 2024, Fluxr makes it easy to gather and process feedback from these critical stakeholders. It automatically surveys the care givers, service users and the families of those being cared for - pulling feedback into one central platform. Integrated with market leading Care Management Systems, Fluxr automates the data collection process 'out of the box', reducing the need for separate systems and hours of admin time.

The Fluxr platform guarantees consistent data collection from all stakeholders. Using AI and sentiment analysis, care companies can quickly identify and fix problem areas in their businesses. Fluxr gives Care companies the data and the tools to make fast decision that help maintain consistently high standards.

Backed by Quake Ventures, Fluxr CEO Morgan Russell has launched Fluxr because of his passion for building great technology for the care industry. Martin's background has provided deep knowledge of customer challenges makes him a founder for the venture. Quake has raised seed capital from a private investor to launch Fluxr. Morgan commented -

"We know that care companies struggle to gather reliable, high-quality feedback from all areas of their organisation and Fluxr will help them avoid the turbulence of taking steps forwards then backwards in their growth journey.

I'm excited to launch this venture with Quake Ventures. Quake's knowledge of survey tech is a key part of Fluxr's success"
